How can I avail these services
To avail Rtps Assam services online, first of all you have to visit the official website of Rtps Assam. The official website link of rtps Assam's is given below.

After visiting official website of Rtps Assam, Click Register option. In this registration section, you have to fill your Full Name, Email Id, Mobile No, Password. After filled all of them , select your state and fill captcha and click submit. After this, OTP will be sent to your mobile and fill it and you will be login.
Employment Registration through Rtps Assam Portal
One of the most used and important services in this portal is, registration of Employment seeker in employment exchange for adhar based. The advantage of applying through Aadhaar is that you do not need to go to the employment exchange office, your online submitted documents are automatically verified by the Rtps Assam portal.
After filling your aadhaar details, applicant details, applicant personal information, physical identification, education and training details, other qualification, skill qualification, permanent address etc. to do aadhaar based employment registration in this portal, you will need four important documents -
- Age proof (Birth certificate/HSLC Admit/School Certificate)
- Education Qualification (Pass Certificate and Marksheet)
- Proof of Residence (Voter Card/Copy of Chita or Jamabandi/Copy of Passport)
- Caste Certificate
Along with this, the signature and passport size photo copy will also have to be uploaded.
Within one hour, you will get your Aadhar based Employment Registration Certificate.
Copy of Jamabandi
To apply for Jamabandi, the applicant's name and permanent address have to be filled, after which you have to upload the land revenue receipt online. Application fees is Rs 20 and file size should not exceed 1 MB and format should be pdf or JPEG.
Non encumbrance Certificate
Details of applicant, select office, particulars of land, and other details to be filled for the Non encumbrance Certificate in rtps assam official website. After filling the above details, you need to have two documents.
- Land Documents (sale deed/Jamabandi/land revenue receipt)
- Identity Proof (Copy of Passport/voter card/pan card/adhar card/driving licence)
Application fees is Rs. 20/ per application. There are two options for delivery (general delivery and urgent delivery) general delivery normally takes 15 days and urgent delivery takes 3 days.
